SOCCER CAMP VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Soccer Skills Camp!

Soccer Camp Volunteers will be required to be at camp from 8:30am until 3:30pm for set-up, tear down and coach meetings.  You will need to arrange for your own transportation to and from camp!

Volunteers must have completed Grade 7.  Volunteers under 18 years of age will need parental permission in order to volunteer.  All volunteers of high school age are eligible to receive worked volunteer hours towards their High School Volunteer Requirement (typically 32-40).

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are over 18 years of age, you will be required to complete a Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.  If you have a Police Check on file with us, you will need to fill out an annual declaration.
