Our MLT are a team of leaders directing the different ministries at ECC.  They directly report directly to the Board of Overseers – each of whom has oversight over different areas of ministry.

Here are a few thoughts we have on doing ministry at ECC:

• “EACH OF YOU should use whatever gift you have received to serve (a derivative of diakonos) others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”  1Peter 4:10
• This makes sense if each of us as disciples of Christ is supposed to be patterning our lives after Jesus… “For the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.”   Mark 10:45
• Our goal in this regard is to help turn seekers into saints, consumers into contributors, members into ministers, and an audience into an army (a spiritual army, that is!) And as we are faithful in serving others with the gifts God has given us, the Bible promises us that this very activity will be the thing that God uses to strengthen our own faith!
