This Sunday we will be digging into the "open table" that Jesus welcomes us to, and the problems that pop up when we exclude those whom Jesus would invite! This was a "Communion and Testimony Sunday" as is our habit of hosting on the Sundays that we take part in the Lord's Supper.
We will be looking at two passages from the New Testament that have to do with what happens when we don't follow Jesus' lead when it comes to including those He includes... when we fall into favouritism.
