I believe that the Bible has a lot to say to us about the cultural moment that we find ourselves in and helps inform our response to the culture.

2 Tim. 3:16-17, “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. 17 God uses it to prepare and equip His people to do every good work.”

There is a common temptation for Christians to use the culture to interpret what God would have us think about cultural issues.  But God gives us His Word so that He can shape how we relate to culture.
